Booking Equipment & Services

Reservations are made on a first-come-first-serve basis, and are tentative until secured with a non-refundable deposit and signed agreement form. When the deposit is received, our services are guaranteed for your event. Pricing varies according to your site and special equipment needs. Payment is required in full on the night of your event.

Our fees do not include the cost of film licensing that is required at some venues. As the equipment provider, we are no longer allowed to obtain these licenses for clients. Licensing fees vary depending on whether the movie is new or older. Please note that the fee structure will change if you also want to charge a gate fee.
